The water supply in your suburb may be affected if we're doing work in the area. See the map below, or check the water supply status at your own street address. If your property has unexplained low water pressure or no water at all, let us know immediately. You may be eligible for a service rebate.
See if we're working in your area
Every day, we supply about 1.5 billion litres of drinking water to homes and businesses. Although pipes sometimes break unexpectedly, the water supply is available at least 99.7% of the time across all our water systems.
