Go paperless and win a $2,000 e-gift card

Going paperless is smart and saves so many trees! Switch anytime from now until 28 February for automatic entry in up to 4 draws. Why wait? Imagine the spending boost for the holidays, new year sales and back-to-school supplies.

Direct debit

Set up direct debit in My Account for the easiest, most convenient way to pay. Payments from your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, or from your bank account, are debited automatically on the date they're due. You still receive a bill, so you know how much will be deducted and have time to query it. Payments from your bank account are free. For credit and debit cards, a processing fee of 0.4% is added to the next bill.

To update card or bank details, or stop a direct debit payment, log in to My Account anytime.

Online

Pay your bill quickly and securely online. Log in to My Account. Or go to bill payment to make an online payment without logging in.

  • Mastercard or Visa
Use your credit or debit card. If you have a compatible device, you'll also have the option to use your card saved on Google Pay or Apple Pay. Card payments have a 0.4% processing fee. The fee will appear on the next bill.
  • PayPal
With PayPal, you can use any linked card or bank account. There's no fee for using a credit or debit card via PayPal.

BPAY

Add Sydney Water to your online banking BPAY payee list. Make one-off payments or set up regular payments, as long as there's enough cash in your account on the payment due date. With BPAY, there's no fee if you use a credit or debit card.
