Interruptions and repairs: what to expect
- We try to limit planned interruptions to less than 5 hours at a time. This may be extended to up to 7 hours for complex site works or to reduce the number of times your supply is interrupted.
- If you're a residential customer, you should get at least 2 days' written notice of a planned interruption. If you're a non-residential customer, you'll get at least 7 days' written notice, unless you agree to another period.
- If we need to do unplanned repairs, we'll restore the service as quickly as possible.
- You may be eligible for service rebates if your services are affected by interruptions or reduced quality.
