A base fixed charge for up to the first hour of a WaterFix Concealed Leaks investigation.

The minimum fixed charge to attend an appointment and no leak has been found on potable water service.

The minimum fixed charge to attend an appointment and source of the leak is easily visibly found without the need for specialised tools and leak investigation, e.g. dripping tap, leaking cistern, etc.

Missed appointment
The minimum fixed charge for a missed appointment when you are not at the premises at the time of scheduled appointment, and you have failed to notify Sydney Water of cancellation that has resulted in our plumber attending to deliver the service.

Hourly labour charge for repair work
Labour costs to repair concealed leaks. This charge will be applied in increments of 30 minutes.
